How do we define pre-used?
Well pre-used simply means it’s current owner has upgraded to a new premises, while continuing to use the existing infrastructure, and no longer required the old facility. This is where we come in to purchase and correctly dismantle and recover the pallet racking, conveyors, mezzanine floors, stairs and any other items no longer required. All of what we have was in full use until it was no longer required.
How do we know what to recover?
As we are qualified to certify our installations we are also well aware of what racking is still serviceable, we don’t reclaim products that cannot be re-used to their full capacity as we cannot certify them. For other items we may acquire, we call on experts to check them for us.
Sustainability and Re-Use culture
We know the state has a drive to reduce waste and encourage people to re-use products. We have been doing this for decades and are pleased to be still here, recovering Ireland’s pre-used items ahead of the pack. Recycling is very important in the modern world and we do so ourselves, re-purposing existing products is the most efficient way of reducing our carbon footprint. Unfortunately recycling is even harder than what we do and much more costly in energy consumption and losses.
New vs Pre-used
We appreciate people wanting to have new products and don’t discourage it, we sell new pallet racking ourselves from Dalmine, but there is a stigma sometimes about pre-used product. We sell certifiable, solid, well made and importantly cheaper pallet racking with no compromise, cheaper on the environment and your pocket.
